The government of Ukraine has launched a grant program for entrepreneurs who want to create or develop their business in the field of recycling. The state provides them with up to UAH 8 million in non-refundable aid for the implementation of production projects.

The European Union is providing several funding programmes in order to support the transition to a circular economy, such as the European Structural and Investment Funds, Horizon 2020 and the LIFE programme.
